About the Role This role is crucial for ensuring the high quality, robust performance, and long-term reliability of our hardware solutions, particularly focusing on RF systems like transmitters and transceivers. You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and analysing comprehensive test plans to validate product performance against stringent specifications and environmental conditions. Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating potential issues, driving continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing. Qualifications: - Design, implement, and execute detailed test plans and procedures for RF HW verification. - Conduct RF performance measurements including power output, sensitivity, linearity, spectrum analysis, modulation accuracy, and spurious emissions, ensuring compliance with 3GPP, ETSI, and other relevant industry standards. - Analyze test results, identify hardware and software anomalies. - Work closely with hardware design, software, mechanical, and system engineering teams to provide critical feedback on design robustness, testability, and performance, influencing product development from early s...
