GRC System Engineering Manager Wilmington, DE: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Remote: We are seeking a GRC System Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology platform. This role owns the GRC technology strategy and roadmap and is responsible for driving platform engineering, integrations, automation, and organizational rollout to ensure solutions are successfully adopted and embedded across the enterprise This leader will combine hands-on engineering with technical and cross‑functional leadership, partnering closely with IT, Security, Audit, Compliance and Business teams to deploy scalable, secure, and audit‑ready solutions. The role plays a critical part in enabling global compliance, supporting technology audits, and meeting financial regulatory requirements.
