Responsible for meeting departmental and customer schedules and milestones while maintaining compliant subcontract files. As a working Supervisor, you may be required to issue solicitations, evaluate proposals, award and administer subcontracts. Prepares, issues and/or reviews Best Value (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Trade-Off, Highest Technically Rated Offeror, etc.) solicitation documents and subcontract modifications to ensure that the subcontractor has a complete understanding of the technical and contractual requirements applicable to the change.
