Job Title: Production Operator (Quality Tester) Hourly pay rate $28.60 - $38.20 per hour The hours are a rotating schedule so 1st Shift, 7AM-3PM, 2nd Shift, 3PM-11PM, 3rd Shift, 11PM-7AM. Weekly rotation. Role & Responsibilities: · Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a plant quality lab setting. · Performance of various quality testing tasks in factory environment. · Must be willing and able to learn testing duties from instruction and self-study, including the ability to recognize and respond to test trends. · Possess basic communication and problem-solving skills. · Recording of quality data and other results in the manner required. · Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision. · Adaptable to scheduling requirements including shiftwork, assignment of overtime, working weekends, etc. where applicable.
