Summary: The Compliance Officer ensures that The Next Door Recovery operates in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards. This role will also uphold the organization’s ethical principles in all areas of compliance, risk management, and quality improvement. The Compliance Officer will develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures that promote integrity, accountability, and excellence in service delivery to our clients.
