About the role We’re looking for an Endpoint Compliance Team Lead to guide a team of endpoint compliance specialists delivering a market-leading approach to endpoint security and vulnerability management across our managed services customer base. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is technically strong, operationally disciplined, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll set direction, manage priorities, drive accountability, and ensure work is delivered safely, consistently, and to a high standard — with a strong focus on continuous improvement. You’ll need to balance technical details with clear communication, structured execution, and strong people leadership.
