HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Learning Specialist, Epic. The Senior Learning Specialist designs, delivers, and maintains end user training on assigned products. The person in this position provides in-person and virtual training and assistance to physicians and staff to support correct utilization and optimization of the technology. This position also builds, tests and maintains the training environments used for training and support of their respective products. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: - Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/healthcare experience in lieu of degree - 6 years of experience in IT or training - 1 years of experience working with the Epic system Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Strong presentation, facilitation skills and public speaking experience - Strong leadership, organizational, team building and project management skills - Ability to foster and maintain relationships throughout all levels of the organization - Proven skills in organizing, planning and implementing process changes - Strong analytical ability to assess situations and choose effective...
