Job Description Summary The Materials Manager will lead materials and warehouse operations for the J’port Aero manufacturing facility in Houston. In this role, you will drive execution and continuous improvement across wing-to-wing materials processes, warehouse operations, and logistics activities to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You will partner closely with manufacturing operations and cross-functional stakeholders to improve material flow, reduce inventory, strengthen ERP and planning discipline, and ensure effective material delivery and kitting solutions. This role requires a strong leader who can build team capability, drive standard work, and deliver operational results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
