Overview This posting is open exclusively to current AL DOC incumbent employees. NaphCare is hiring a Psychiatrist to join our team of medical professionals in the William C. Holman Correctional Facility in Atmore, Alabama. As a Correctional Psychiatrist , you will oversee clinical responsibility for the mental health programs within the facility, while working alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals. This is a unique position where you can make a difference to this diverse population of patients with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities: The Psychiatrist is responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing mental health conditions to facility residents that protects the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population.
