Job Title Director, Solutions Architecture Job Description Summary: The Director of Solutions Architecture is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the development of technical, operations-focused solutions in response to client RFPs, renewals, and strategic pursuits. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Solutions Architecture and manages a team of Solution Architects. This is not a software engineering or IT role - it is focused on designing and costing services related to facilities and integrated facilities services grounded in operational realities such as workloads, staffing models, maintenance programs, and production environments. The Director will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s solutioning capabilities by delivering data-driven, quantitative solutions and building repeatable processes, tools, and standards that improve quality, consistency, and win rates across key verticals including life sciences, manufacturing, and logistics.
