Job Details Job Title: Rental & Repair Technical Services Manager Reports to: Director of Rentals and Repairs Job Status: Full Time, Year Round Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 based on experience Start Date: Flexible between June 1 to October 5, 2026 Description: The Technical Services Manager is responsible for the guest repair operations and technical integrity, safety, and performance of Big White Ski Resort’s extensive winter and summer rental fleets. This role oversees the "back of house" technical systems, ensuring that over 4,000 pieces of equipment are maintained to world-class standards using industry-leading technology. This role leads a specialized team of technicians, managing the quality of work that is being completed in the Repair Shop. The ideal candidate is a technical expert who thrives on operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and mentoring a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
