Description Hill International Trucks, the Tri-State areas leading medium- and heavy-duty truck and trailer dealership, is looking for a Field Team Lead to oversee our Mobile Maintenance team. This role focuses on running an efficient, profitable department through strong leadership, customer service, and operational management. What You’ll Do: - Ensure technicians’ time is fully utilized and billed correctly. - Set goals for the department and work toward meeting them. - Maintain all required reports and service records. - Lead weekly team meetings and manage daily schedules. - Monitor department performance, productivity, and payroll. - Oversee parts availability and follow up on orders. - Review and approve repair orders and warranty submissions. - Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. - Handle customer concerns and complete follow-up calls. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and warranty regulations. - Recommend new tools, equipment, and staff training as needed. - Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. - Represent the company professionally during customer visits and meetings.
