We’re looking for a Senior Principal Experience Designer to join the Forma Design team, shaping the future of early-stage planning and design in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. It doesn’t matter if you call yourself a UX designer, product designer, digital designer, or something in-between. We are looking for someone to fit a senior individual contributor role with broad product scope, strong cross-team influence, and a focus on elevating design quality and coherence. In this role, you will lead design for complex product areas within the Forma platform, driving high-quality, scalable user experiences. You’ll operate at both strategic and execution levels, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research , and AI agents to define direction and deliver impactful solutions. You will join a close-knit design community of 20 designers who actively collaborate, share feedback, and support each other in raising the bar for design quality.
