About the Role: When a family's home is damaged by fire, flood, or disaster, Prism Specialties is the team that steps in and makes them whole again — restoring electronics, art, textiles, and documents to pre-loss condition. We've been doing it for over 25 years across residential and commercial markets. We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Business Development Manager to own and grow our New Jersey territory. You'll build a referral network with insurance adjusters, property managers, and contractors — and you'll feel the impact of your work every single day.
