Our Second Assistant Manager supports leadership by managing day-to-day operations of the station, leading the team, and ensuring a smooth, friendly emission testing experience. Responsibilities: - Assist with opening and closing facility. - Conduct emission tests on customer vehicles. - Oversee lane operations by monitoring traffic flow and wait times. - Perform system overrides and troubleshoot issues as needed. - Assist in the training and mentoring of new lane inspectors through the onboarding process. - Clearly communicate to customers to explain the testing process and test results. - Report safety concerns, policy violations, or suspi...
