Minimum Qualifications: - Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law required. - Current licensure as a RN in the State of NJ and certified by the State Board of Nursing. - Certification within are of specialty required and granted privileges from ARMC medical staff. - NRNNP, C or RNCNS, C registry unencumbered. - ACLS required in Urgent Care, AtlantiCare Physician Group and Heart Failure Program - BLS required. POSITION SUMMARY: The Advanced Practice Nurse provides high quality, cost-effective patient care that supports established specialty practice objectives and strategic organizational goals. The Advanced Practice Nurse establishes preventive measures, diagnoses and treats illnesses and disorders in a competent manner that is consistent with medical practice and joint protocols as established with the collaborating physician. This position ensures that patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner, managing and utilizing resources optimally.
