About the Opportunity Kimberley Freestyle is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Coach to support athlete development within our Freestyle Ski Program. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training sessions, supporting athlete progression, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive training environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the coaching team and club leadership to deliver programming aligned with Freestyle BC standards and Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about athlete growth, skill development, and fostering a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Athlete Development & Coaching: Assist in the delivery of structured on-snow training sessions aligned with seasonal objectives and LTAD principles. Provide technical coaching, encouragement, and constructive feedback to athletes. Support athlete development through skill instruction, drills, and progression-based training.
