Position Summary... Job Title: Licensed Commercial Plumber pay range: $36-$45 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Licensed Commercial Plumber to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial plumbing systems in accordance with local and state codes. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a solid work ethic, and proven experience in commercial plumbing environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water, drain, sewer, and gas lines Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective repair solutions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing plans Ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes and safety standards Perform preventative maintenance to minimize system downtime Communicate clearly with supervisors, contractors, and clients regarding work progress and issues Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used Qualifications: Active state-issued plumbing license (required) Minimum experience in commercial plumbing (years dependent on role level) Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing system...
