POSITION SUMMARY: The Instructional Designer, Thermal Management (Hybrid), supports the Americas Thermal Management Training team by designing and delivering technical learning materials and lab exercises for Thermal Management Systems, Products, and Solutions. This role builds instructor-led courses, virtual sessions, self-paced eLearning, assessments, and technical lab exercises that prepare field service associates, for real-world performance. The Instructional Designer collaborates closely with program managers, instructors, subject matter experts, and engineering teams to ensure training content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with field needs, product releases, and Services strategic initiatives. This position will also deliver Vertiv Thermal Management Training classes to field service associates, customers, and service partners.
