Pay: $140,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Job Description: Systems Engineer: Constellation seeks a Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC, as a detail-oriented and communicative professional consultant to support the technical business analytical needs of an enterprise-wide human resource management system. This position will be responsible for using Innoslate to document program requirement and details using various industry standards and best practices. Additionally, the Technical Business Analyst will help optimize the program’s use of the Innoslate tool to meet agency objectives, gather and document requirements, conduct technical analysis, produce program artifacts, and document current and future program initiatives.
