As part a Verisk Analytics, a global leader in data analytics and insurance technology— the Configuration Supervisor provides senior, hands-on technical leadership in delivering high-quality Rulebook solutions while supporting a growing Poland-based team . The role combines advanced analytics capabilities, contributing to a market-leading, end-to-end platform for insurance and reinsurance operations. Key responsibilities include mentoring configurators, building strong team foundations, and ensuring consistent onboarding and development—bridging technical delivery with people leadership to support continued growth and capability expansion.
