Within the Learning Branch, our Learning Branch Personal Bankers not only function as the traditional Personal Banker, but their primary focus to provide on-site training, mentoring, modeling and support to our new branch associates. How you will spend your time: Mentoring and training new Retail Banking associates. Creating and expanding relationships in your community through outbound calling efforts to customers.
