Position Summary: The General Manager (GM) at Nothing Bundt Cakes leads the bakery team in creating a warm, welcoming, and joyful guest experience, while ensuring exceptional product quality and operational efficiency. The GM is responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, managing and developing team members, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining brand standards.
