The Certified Investigator is responsible for conducting thorough, timely, and objective investigations of reportable incidents in accordance with the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Incident Management Bulletin and RHA Health Services policies. This role partners closely with the Incident Manager and cross-functional teams to support continuous quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across all IDD programs. In addition to investigative responsibilities, this position supports staff training, compliance oversight, quality assurance activities, and risk management initiatives to promote the safety, dignity, and well-being of individuals supported by RHA.
