Job Description: The Director of Operations is responsible for planning, leading, and optimizing all activities for Goodwill Industries of Arkansas' Transportation, post operations processing, E-commerce, recycling, Donations, Home pick-up service, and outlet stores. The director is accountable for achieving the organization's strategic goals, including budgeted performance, operational productivity, and expense control. The Director of Operations will ensure superior customer and donor service while working closely with the Vice President of Operations to identify efficiency gains and growth opportunities.
