Purpose of Position: To provide engineering equipment operation in support of the Installation Virginia Qualified Recycling Program (QRP); Performs identification, collection, separation, storage, and packaging of qualified recyclable materials. Prepares recyclables for sale and shipment. Provides daily management of the Installation's 180-day hazardous material transfer station operations.
