Expectations of a Carry Out Manager: - Demonstrate ability to lead team members and get results through others. - Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store. - Ability to work varied hours/days including holidays to oversee operations. Ability to work extra days and hours when circumstances require. Flexibility to rotate to other locations. - Ability to balance labor to spreadsheets and explain variances daily. - Ability to be part of creating a safe, fun, efficient, positive team orientated environment. Essential Responsibilities of a Carry Out Manager: - Shapes the culture of the Carry Out and works towards a high level of team member engagement and guest satisfaction. - Assists with achieving all budgeted financial goals, including income, sales, costs, etc. - Assists with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members in all aspects of the business.
