Desirable: - Certificate IV Training and Assessment - Clinical educator/adult learning experience The successful applicant will be responsible to manage two clinics: Mater Brookwater Mater South Brisbane: Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for implementing the Quality and Risk Management programs in the dialysis clinic - Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care. - Provides leadership in contemporary nursing practice, promoting a professional focus and an environment conducive to innovative change. - Responsible for the strategic planning, budget preparation and development of the service in collaboration with management.
