Description Position Overview: The Regional Community Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple high-end multifamily communities. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this position ensures each property meets occupancy, revenue, and budgetary targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. As a leader within the Property Management team, the Regional Community Supervisor recruits, develops, and supports on-site staff, drives operational excellence, and fosters strong resident and vendor relationships. This role plays a vital part in enhancing community engagement, optimizing property performance, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy. We are specifically seeking candidates with Regional Property Management experience in new construction, lease-ups, and luxury multifamily communities.
