Position Summary This is an enterprise-wide leadership role responsible for directing the occupational health (OH) and industrial hygiene (IH) programs, advancing the Company’s Guardian Angel safety culture and programs, managing regulatory compliance, and providing executive level reporting. This role will champion the Company’s world-class safety culture and capabilities to enable industry-leading business performance, continuous improvement, and shareholder value while reinforcing Martin Marietta’s culture and values. With a focus on driving employee engagement, this position builds strong relationships at every level of the Company and has frequent interaction with the key company leaders. Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Safety and Health, the position is based at Martin Marietta’s corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC and requires frequent travel to operating divisions.
