Employment Type: Salaried Shift: First: Work Arrangement: Onsite: Position Summary: Oversees and coordinates all major repairs and/or changes to the facility and/or equipment, including installation, repair and maintaining facility and equipment. Assists in implementation of all capital projects and works with plant engineer as needed. Manages the preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure maximum equipment efficiency. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepares annual maintenance budget using analysis reports from Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, capital project plans and input from plant engineer and plant manager with regards to future projects and growth - Manage daily activities of the maintenance employees, provides development support and training as needed. Develop and implement plans/programs to improve knowledge and training of all maintenance personnel. Maintains rigorous standards for each position in the maintenance function and holds staff responsible for achieving and maintaining those standards including safety - Effectively uses all existing maintenance systems and JD Edwards - EAM computer software to manage core maintenance transactions.
