LDAR Specialist (Traveling) Location: Must live near New Orleans or Baton Rouge area Travel: 25–50% (regional travel) Also Known As: LDAR Specialist, Senior LDAR Technician, LDAR Field Lead About the Role We’re looking for an experienced LDAR tech who’s ready to step up into a lead role. This is not an entry-level position, you’ll be expected to run jobs, support crews, manage databases, communicate with clients, and be the point person on site when needed. If you’ve been a strong LDAR tech or have experience in MOC or mechanical integrity and are ready for more responsibility, this is a solid next step. What You’ll Do: - Lead LDAR jobs at client sites and help manage day-to-day field operations - Act as the on-site lead/supervisor when assigned - Run monitoring using EPA Method 21 (valves, pumps, connectors, etc.) - Check field work for quality and accuracy - Manage LDAR databases and ensure data is accurate and up to date - Communicate directly with clients regarding project status, findings, and needs - Help plan schedules, routes, and job coverage - Travel to different sites as needed (25–50%) - Help train and support newer technicians - Step in wherever needed to keep jobs on...
