Parallel Employment Group in partnership with a Cheektowaga food manufacutirng company is seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician. Qualified individual will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all equipment and systems in a bakery manufacturing plant. This role ensures optimal performance and safety of machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting production by maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, adhering to food safety and sanitation requirements, and working as part of a team to enhance overall plant efficiency. Responsibilities: - Quickly troubleshoot and repair bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, proofers, conveyors, packaging lines, and other production machinery. - Diagnose issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to restore equipment to operational status promptly. - Work with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems to identify and resolve faults, ensuring alignment with production requirements.
