POSITION: Dishwasher DEPARTMENT: F&B: REPORTS TO: Executive Chef: Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Summary: Legends Global , the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has openings for a Dishwasher at The Hampton Roads Convention Center , responsible for maintaining all small wares, utensils, kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and small wares storage areas in a clean and organized manor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Taking weekly inventory of chemicals - Ensure water changes are happening every 2- 4 hours per shift - Training and developing staff in the absence of my presence - De-liming the dish machine one a month or as needed - Wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with SAVOR…standards and Health Department regulations. - Ensure that dirty small wares are collected from all scullery collection points and returned to the dish area.
