Line of Business: Other Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing: - Enter, verify, and maintain production data in plant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Review and validate production data, including counts, production draws, and inventory-related information - Confirm accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production outputs to ensure system alignment - Ensure data entered flows correctly into systems such as billing and operations - Work cross-functionally with production, sales, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve discrepancies - Support inventory tracking and reconciliation, with potential to assist with procurement tasks as the role evolves What Are We Looking For: - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate, high-volume data entry - Capability to work confidently with computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets - Effective communication skills to collaborate with plant and office teams - Ability to prioritize tasks and perform reliab...
