ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Division Support Center and AWG Support Center to develop and achieve budgeted expectations for department sales, gross margins, gains, promotional spends, and expense control in Grocery, Frozen & Dairy (GFD), AWG Brands, and Advertising departments. Ensure compliance by reporting variances to the Vice-President/Division Manager. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : Directly responsible for managing employees in AWG Brands. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
