OVERVIEW: Job Duties & Responsibilities Builds student base by creating safe environments for all Golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships with each student. Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of swing / game, get to root of students’ lesson goals, and act as Trusted Advisor for each respective student. The Golf Professional will seek out information and opportunities to develop self to become a better teacher. Ensure teaching concepts are directed toward students understanding and adjust teaching style to best facilitate students learning.
