Product & Procurement Manager

Job description

As Product & Procurement Manager, you are responsible for the daily coordination, coaching, and development of a team of approximately 6-8 professionals focused on agricultural spare parts, with a strong emphasis on components for harvesting machinery. You play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while actively contributing to the commercial and strategic growth of the product categories. You will be based in Myslenice, working closely with the Director Procurement & Sourcing and collaborating with key stakeholders such as the Category Manager, Data Team, Sales & Marketing, and external suppliers to drive performance and innovation. Your role and responsibilities: Organize and supervise the team’s daily activities to ensure delivery of both quality and quantity targets. Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team. Build and maintain strong internal cooperation with stakeholders (sales, marketing, pricing, data team) to drive category growth.
