Process Engineer

Job Description Your Responsibilities: - To review and assess existing production processes and workflows. - To identify potential process safety and efficiency improvements and liaise with relevant stakeholders in terms of recommendations and taking forward the improvements. - To ‘finetune’ production processes by researching, designing, modifying, and testing associated methods and equipment. - To rectify production and equipment problems as and when required. - To analyse plant and process data/metrics. - To identify key cost parameters for the business and identify opportunities where cost reductions are possible. - To assist in preparation of capital proposals/projects and the interface between production and engineering. - Identify possible new suppliers and trial processing of raw materials to ensure wide supplier base. - To liaise with production management to co-ordinate and arrange work/projects that require plant shutdown. - To report and action on any health, safety, environment, quality or hygiene related faults, failures and non-conformances, ensuring the process is operating in compliance with legislative & ADM guidance on Health, Safety and Environment, Quality, HAC...
