Citizens Capital Markets is seeking a VP/Director to join its High Yield Sales & Trading team. This role focuses on client coverage, idea generation, and franchise development across institutional investors. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering actionable market insight, differentiated trade ideas, and seamless execution support in partnership with Trading, Syndicate, Research, and Banking. Key Responsibilities: - Lead High Yield sales coverage across institutional accounts, including asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, and alternative credit investors. - Own and deepen senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on market conditions, relative value, and portfolio positioning. - Drive revenue growth through proactive idea generation, thoughtful trade facilitation, and cross‑product collaboration. - Partner closely with High Yield Trading to deliver best‑in‑class execution, liquidity access, and pricing transparency. - Work with Syndicate and Investment Banking on new issue marketing, investor targeting, feedback collection, and aftermarket support. - Deliver timely market commentary, relative‑value analysis, and...
