Assembly & Integration: - Assemble power boxes, camera/sensor modules, cable harnesses, and rugged enclosures (IP rated) from drawings, BoMs, and work instructions. - Crimp, solder, and terminate military and industrial connectors (e.g., MIL DTL 38999, M12, D Sub, MC4, circulars); apply heat shrink, boots, backshells , strain relief. - Build and dress wire looms/harnesses; route and secure cables for shock/vibration and EMI/EMC best practices. - Perform mechanical fit-ups: drilling, tapping, panel mounting, gland installation, g...
