Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in a sales or partner role in the enterprise software or cloud space. - Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem (e.g., system integrators, service providers, or independent software vendors) serving SMBs. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration. - Experience developing growth initiatives, achieving partner business goals, and using business reporting tools. - Experience, running experiments, drawing conclusions, and building actionable plans based on data. - Familiarity with Google Cloud products. - Excellent organizational, project management, and executional capabilities, along with problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial skill sets.
