Job Description: This role will deliver results by partnering with key stakeholders (Internal and external) to execute our strategic vision for the market to create sustainable growth based on distribution and execution in Modern Trade. It will also build capabilities to win with different types of customers. What are we looking for?: 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans: Design and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets within the traditional channel. 2. Distributor leadership and development: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment. 3. Customer and partner relationship management: Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to enhance market presence. 4. Market and consumer insights: Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies. 5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other teams to align on planning and execution. 6.
