Job Description Summary GE applies the science and systems of power conversion to help drive the electric transformation of the world's energy infrastructure. Designing and delivering advanced motor, drive and control technologies, we serve specialized sectors such as marine, industry, energy and all related services. We are looking for a lead mechanical engineer to work within our systems engineering organisation based in Glasgow or Rugby. You will be responsible for supporting our contract manufacturing partners during the builds of our drive, switchboard and associated distribution products. You will also be involved in the design and documentation of our equipment as part of the project team delivering new solutions. Due to the security restrictions on this role, applications will only be accepted from UK Nationals who either hold, or are eligible for SC security clearance.
