SUMMARY: The Driver, Lease – I will transport raw materials supporting production of windows and doors and finished goods for consolidation or customers. A Class A CDL will be required for all transport. Driving schedules will include day and night driving, and drivers will need to be flexible to meet required delivery of raw material and finished good schedules. These are full-time positions and paid per hour. (Starting pay: $28) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver Pella products via tandem tractor/trailer as scheduled by Corporate Logistics Load Planning Department. Pick up and deliver items from vendors on an as-needed/scheduled basis, while ensuring on-time delivery Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in compliance with DOT regulations. - Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times. - Must consistently demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and the public. - Attend all required safety and performance meetings. - Driver must abide by all DOT regulations and will be accountable for all CSA incidents. - Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently over long distances. - F...
