GEV Wind Power U.S. is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Fleet Coordinator to support warehouse operations and manage the company’s vehicle. This role ensures efficient inventory control, logistics coordination, and fleet readiness to support field operations. Schedule: Monday (normal business hours): Location: Fort Worth, TX (HQ): Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, tools, and equipment using inventory management systems Organize, monitor, and restock inventory to ensure availability for operational needs Ensure proper storage, organization, and compliance with safety standards across warehouse and equipment Conduct routine inspections of inventory and fleet assets to ensure readiness and condition Prepare and submit restocking or purchasing requests as needed Manage onboarding of new fleet vehicles, ensuring all documentation (registration, insurance), safety equipment, fuel cards, and telematics systems are in place Assign and schedule vehicles based on project requirements while ensuring driver eligibility and DOT compliance Coordinate rental vehicles to support operational demand Schedule and track maintenance, repairs, recalls, and vend...
