JOB SUMMARY: The Property Accountant is responsible for accounting functions related to the financial statement preparation for a portfolio of senior housing communities. The position reports to the Accounting Manager and will have regular interaction with leaders in the Operations team including the Business Office Manager, Executive Director & Regional VP’s.
