Job Description: Job Overview This role is responsible for Field Sales planning and the delivery of commercial priorities through coordination and leadership of a field sales team as well as through direct customer interaction. This role acts as an interface between field sales and internal stakeholders within key account management, category management, supply chain and finance and plays a crucial role in securing effective ways of working and supporting systems for excellent field execution. What are we looking for?: Experience in field sales operations and sales, preferably in FMCG context In-depth understanding of Finnish retail landscape Strong data analysis skills: Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholder network Fluent in English and Finnish, another Nordic language beneficial What will be your key responsibilities?
