Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Engineering Intern to support maintenance and reliability initiatives at our Lake City facility. This role provides hands-on experience working with mechanical and electrical systems, preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to real-world industrial operations while contributing to the development and optimization of maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Technical Analysis & Maintenance Support: - Review OEM manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand equipment functionality. - Extract and develop preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and recommended service intervals from technical documentation. - Identify critical equipment components based on function, failure impact, and downtime risk.
