Job Description: Strategic Advisors Technology (SAT) is seeking a Senior IT Data Analyst to support Performance Modernization initiatives across one of Fidelity’s critical strategic programs. This role is primarily focused on data analysis, data flow understanding, and data‑driven solution enablement, while also requiring the ability to perform system‑level analysis when translating business requirements into implementation‑ready technical deliverables. You will partner with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Architecture, and Engineering teams to: Analyze business and operational data needs Understand upstream and downstream data flows Translate business requirements into system and data requirements Convert business ask into system‑ready user stories when required This role requires a strong data‑first mindset, complemented by the ability to support Agile delivery through structured functional and system analysis.
